STEP 1: JERSEY NUMBER APPROVAL

Important: Jersey Number Must Be Approved Before Purchase

Before placing your uniform order, your jersey number must be approved. To request approval, please click on your team name below and complete the form.

Please Note:

If you are reordering a jersey and already have an approved number, you do not need to fill out the form again.
The form can only be submitted once. If you experience any issues, please contact us at valor@cwm-sports.com for assistance.

Failure to follow this step may result in duplicate numbers, and jerseys will be replaced at your expense.

How will my child receive their uniform?

Uniforms will be shipped directly to your home. Valor will not distribute uniforms. All orders are handled and shipped by BSN Sports.

2. How long will it take for my uniform to arrive?

Uniform delivery times vary, but most orders will arrive within 3–4 weeks from the date of purchase. For the most accurate updates, please contact BSN Sports directly at 1-800-749-3813.

4. Can I receive a refund if I no longer need the uniform?

Unfortunately, uniforms are custom-made and non-refundable once the order is placed. Please be sure of your sizing, number approval, and need before completing your purchase.
