Frequently Asked Questions
1. How do I register my child?
You can register your child online through our website. Returning players from the previous season do not need to try out. However, all new players must attend a tryout and make a team prior to registration. If you need assistance, feel free to contact us!
2. What is included in the program fees?
Program fees cover weekly practices, league games, and any other events specified for each team (e.g., tournaments or playoffs). Optional add-ons, like weekly skills sessions, are available for an additional fee. Please note that uniforms are not included in the program fees.
3. What if my child can’t attend a practice or game?
We understand that schedules can get busy. Please notify your coach or team manager in advance if your child will miss a practice or game. Make-up sessions or alternatives may be available depending on the situation.
4. Are uniforms included?
Uniforms are not included in the registration fees. You will receive details on how to pick your jersey number & order your uniform.
5. What happens if my player wants to switch teams?
If you need to switch teams after registration, please contact us directly. We will do our best to accommodate changes, but they may depend on team availability and skill level.
6. Are there any additional costs?
Additional costs may apply for tournament entries, travel, or optional skills sessions.
7. What happens after I pay for registration?
You will receive an invite from TeamSnap, our platform for managing teams. Please be sure to check your spam folder as emails sometimes end up there. If you do not receive the invite within 48 hours of registration, please reach out to us.
8. If my player has played for Valor before, do they need to tryout?
Yes, if your player has missed one or more seasons with us, they will need to try out. This is unless otherwise specified by the coach and/or director.
